Easy to Operate

Simple low cost maintenance
From its inception, the Compact 29 has been designed for minimal maintenance. The rack and pinion drive system and quality bearings of the print carriage require virtually no maintenance.
The power supply and motor control board are located in an easily accessible module at the rear of the machine allowing fast module replacement. A special menu is provided within the interface software to assist maintenance and thereby further reduce downtime and expense.
Absolute Precision
Exceptional printing accuracy, quality and repeatability are achieved using a dedicated state-of-the-art motor control system combined with a robust yet precise mechanical structure. The print carriage moves on hard-wearing, high-precision linear bearings. Outstanding print head stability is achieved by locating the print head in all four corners of the machine. Pinpoint alignment is achieved in a precision carrier provides exceptionally accurate screen registration.
Servo motor control of the worktable and print carriage, coupled with the stepper motor driven dual squeegee mechanism ensure unbeatable printing every time.
Snap-off speed and distance, so critical in ultra-fine pitch applications, is easily programmed and accurately controlled by the Compact 29.
