Reprint Ltd Celebrates its 6th Anniversary
Yes it is hard to believe that on the 29th of July 2005 Reprint will be 6 year old. It seems like only yesterday that on this day back in 1999 that we finally left SMTech just prior to its closure and first opened the door to an as then unknown future. Doesn't time fly! We would to take this opportunity to thank all of our Customers, Suppliers and individuals who have assisted us immensely over the last 6 years all of whom have helped us make Reprint the business that it is today. So thank you all very much indeed and we hope to see you at Productronica 2005. Reprint Time Line · 29th July 1999 - Reprint Services 1st opens for business at Unit 2 Enterprise park, Piddlehinton. Dorset. Primarily to support SMTech screen printers in terms of spares, servicing and technical support. · 3rd April 2000 -An increase in need for high quality refurbished machinery prompts a move into larger premises (Units 10/11). · 23rd October 2000 - Launch of Reprint's own Compact 29 entry-level screen printer. · October 2001 - Ex SMTech colleague Ian Lennox-Gordon joins Reprint from Tyco Electronics. · November 2001 - Reprint attends Productronica 2001 in Munich and launches its second model range, the R29 Series of Semi Automatic shuttle table machines. · July 2002 - Reprint Services awarded the 'Better Business Through New Markets Award' presented at the Bank of England Conference Centre in London by the UK Government's Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI). · February 2003 - Reprint Ltd set up to deal with the manufacturing of Reprints own screen printer range. Reprint Services continues to sell and support the old SMTech range of printers. · November 2003 - Reprint Exhibits at Productronica 2003 In Munich, Germany. · January 2004 - Reprint launches new web site. www.reprintservices.co.uk · May 2004 - Reprint Exhibits at Nepcon 2004 in Brighton, UK . · September / October 2004 - Reprint Pre-launches its Fully Automatic In-line Screen printer the R29 Spectrum at Bias in Milan Italy and Matelec 2004 in Madrid Spain. · November 2004 - Reprint Services merged with Reprint Ltd for administrative purposes. · February 2005 - R29 Spectrum Full production begins. · Currently Reprint have built up an extensive International Sales Network consisting of 19 Distributors/Agents covering 45 countries and have agreements with 2 OEM's to supply equipment relating to line sales.
