we recently bought this printer. not able to secure the stencil. the clamp on/off switch doesnt do anything. please help.

Hi Brenda
You must have an air supply to the machine of 6 bar. If you have then check the pipes and low flow vacuum unit for air leaks. If this is ok then it will be a faulty switch.
